With the exponential growth of services and businesses over the Internet, online security has become a real concern for software developers, architects, managers, and vendors. Software programs are written to impersonate human beings, mimic their surfing patterns, and imitate online activities for various malicious purposes. These "pretending to be human" programs are referred to as spam robots or spambots.

A CAPTCHA is a program that protects websites against these bots by generating and grading tests that humans can pass but current computer programs cannot. For example, humans can read distorted text as displayed on our contact form, but current computer programs can't.

If your password has changed since the release of the documentation, please search your emails for a record of the new password as you would have been notified of any change. If you still cannot find the correct password, please contact us to reset your password.

Please ensure that all settings are exactly as specified in the documentation. If after checking your settings you still cannot send emails, please contact us and provide full details of any error messages being displayed, and whether you are having problems sending or receiving, or both.

If you are repeatedly asked for a password when sending and/or receiving emails, please refer to the documentation you received when your website went live which explains how to configure your email software to send and receive emails using the PumpkinPip.com mail server, and check that the correct password is being used. If you use PumpkinPip's Web Mail service, log in and change your password, then change the password on your email software to the new password. If you cannot log into PumpkinPip's Web Mail, contact your Web Mail Administrator. If you do not use Web Mail, or do not have a Web Mail Administrator, please contact us to reset your password.

Please confirm that the sender has spelt your email address correctly, and if so, please check whether the sender has received an error message with regard to the missing email. For security reasons, emails containing certain file types as attachments (e.g. executable files ending in .exe) will be caught in the Server's security system and not be delivered. If this is the case, please ask the sender to zip up the files and retry. If this does not help, please contact us so that we can look into it for you. Please note that emails containing inappropriate content or language including commonly used spam phrases will not be delivered.

Please confirm that you are using the correct email address for the intended recipient, and that your email has not been inadvertently deleted or filed as "junk mail" by their anti-spam software. If you receive an error message stating the email was undeliverable due to an unknown recipient or mailbox, and you are sure that you are using the correct email address, it is possible that the server hosting the recipient's email is down, so try again later. If you have a web mail account such as hotmail or yahoo, try sending the email from there to determine if the problem is with the remote server or not. If it still does not get through, there is probably a problem at the recipient's end.
